The team has a real strength in form of Shakib Al Hasan, who is a real all-rounder talent and they have the quality batting experience of their former captain Mohammad Ashraful. Mashrafe Mortaza is a proven fast bowler where as Shakib Al Hasan can take up a lead role in taking the wickets of opposition team.
The Bangladesh team had given their best World Cup performance in 2007 cricket World Cup when they beat India and reached to the Super Six round with their strong performance. They also have the talents like Tamim Iqbal, Junaid Siddiquie, and Shahadat Hossain who have played consistently for Bangladesh. Their strength lies in their team work to win the matches.
