Sanath Jayasuriya, popular batsman of Sri Lankan cricket player holds the record for scoring most runs on a single ground in One Day International cricket. He scored 2514 runs in a span of 1992-2009 at R. Premadasa Stadium, Khettarama, Colombo. His highest score was 130.

Most runs scored by a cricket player on a single ground in T20 cricket

Graeme Smith of South African cricket team holds the record for scoring most runs on a single ground in T20 cricket. He scored 341 runs in a span of 2005-2011 at the Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. His highest score was 89.

So this record shows that for some players a ground is lucky some how. In technical words one would say that some thing in that particular ground boosts the morale of the player, and he or she is able to play it at best of abilities.
